Capslock + Power

Anybody ever wondered why there's an easily accessible capslock key on the keyboard?

Personally I've never used it, or at least not within the past year or two, but I do accidentally hit it every once in a while. So why have it within home key reach? They should put it with pause and scroll lock.... speaking of which... why do we have those keys on the keyboard at all?

Anyone ever used a keyboard with the sleep, power, and standby keys on them? Now that was retarded! I remember back in the Customer Service Agent days in Hong Kong people would bang their keyboards on the table because they were doing a transaction and wanted to hit "print screen" and accidentally hit the power instead losing the sale. How often do you power off your desktop to need a button on your keyboard for that? We need it as much as we need a "format C:\" and a "Reinstall Windows" key.

If you've ever seen my old workspace at IGE you'd see power key caps all over the table, cuz the first thing anyone does when they sit down is to check for a power key on the keyboard and then if it's there use a flat screwdriver to dig out.

April Fool's day prank? switch the keycaps for "power" and "print screen" oh yea... the guys at the office would love that.... *smashes keyboard across monitor*
